Steve Taylor & The Perfect Foil recently recorded an exclusive live set for Daytrotter and, in a recent update to fans, teased possible new music from Steve's other band, Chagall Guevara. Click here to check out their four-song set that includes "Only A Ride," "Moonshot," "Standing In Line" and "Double Negative" (with the latter two being exclusive to paid members of the site).
In the announcement this week, Taylor wrote, "...what were we doing in Chicago? It's too good for words. Which is why I'll save them for later when we make the official announcement. But I'm pretty sure you're gonna like it. There may also be a separate announcement forthcoming about that other band I was in with the hard-to-pronounce name. Because I had a very busy summer.
Regarding touring, Steve added, "We're taking a break from touring until next year," so stay tuned for more from Taylor and his musical pursuits.
